How To: Check a List of Athletes with Expiring Cards

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to update member card information before their card expires and their payment gets declined? Well, with WODHOPPER, that's easy and painless to do.

Here are the steps!

1. Tap on "Athletes"

2. Tap on "Filter" then choose “Expiring Card”

3. Tap on "Athlete Record," then "Payment Methods" for more

details

Note: WODHOPPER will automatically send emails to members notifying them that their card on file will expire. You can find a log of that email template "Athlete Record" > "Notes"
