How To: Send a Gym-Wide Text Message with WODHOPPER

As a gym owner, there are times you will need to send a one way message to every member in your gym. Gym-wide text messages can be used for anything from informing your members about new referral promotions to weather related schedule changes.

WODHOPPER makes sending gym wide SMS messages easy with the communication portal.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the WODHOPPER "Menu," then click "{Communication Portal," then "Contact Members"
2. Select all
3. Tap or Click the "Compose Message" button
4. Select the “Blank Text” option
5. Write your message
6. Tap or Click "Send," then the "Close" button

Note: The message will be sent using a generic WODHOPPER sending address that does not receive replies. However, if you would like to include a reply to number, you can include that within the content of the message.Example: “Reply with your name and t-shirt size to 555-555-5555 to reserve the new t-shirt design by Friday"

That's it. It's that simple!
